Park City Career Pathways (PCCP) connects recent Bridgeport’s “recession graduates” and non-graduates ages 17-20 to community resources and youth career opportunities that align with their strengths and interests. Case Managers can offer assistance with obtaining a high school diploma or GED, navigating the college application process, or preparing for a future career.
We providing resources, workshops, training, and support to navigate through the process of applying to college and post-secondary education opportunities.
We can connect you to a successful, long-term career with assistance in all the necessary areas for preperation.
We can help identify, reduce, and eliminate barriers to participate in programs and the completion of high school.
